February is a great time to visit the Tamar Valley.  Not only are you treated to early Spring flowers, but you can enjoy the wonderful selection of half-term activities laid on by local attractions.  Most venues are holding some sort of special events, but here are a handful of dates that look particularly fun.  Have we missed one?  Let us know in the comments below or on social media!

Eden Project:  StoryFest – St. Austell
Saturday 11th - Sunday 19th February 2017
 
 “The whole family will enjoy our daily shows from the Imagination Seekers, inspired by the works of Roald Dahl.  Take part in interactive story sessions with our own Eden Narrators, contribute to the big book exchange, and get hands-on with craft workshops and games. We will also be hosting some very special guests from the world of children's book”

Dangerous Dads Event: Wheal Martyn - Bodmin

"Badger Forest School will be holding their first ‘Dangerous Dads’ event at Wheal Martyn on Saturday 11 February, from 1.00pm - 4.00pm. The session is for dads and male carers and their children and will include a variety of activities such as den building, bushcraft, foraging and cooking on camp fires.
