M5 - A30

Drive south on M5 to Junction 31 for A30 Okehampton. Continue westbound on A30 for 32 miles to Launceston.

At the Pennygillam exit take the slip road off the A30 and turn right at the roundabout on to the A388. Follow through Launceston, descending the hill with the castle on your right. At the bottom of the hill go straight over at the traffic lights, and turn right at the first roundabout. At the second roundabout turn left on to B3254 to Bude.

Continue up the hill and turn right at the top, remaining on the B3254 to Bude. Continue on this road for 8 miles. The road to North Tamerton is signposted to the right. Follow this road for 3 miles through North Tamerton. Turn right at the signpost to Boyton. The entrance to North Tamerton House is on the right a short distance up this lane.
