TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. Any bookings made online are provisional until you receive a confirmed booking email from us.

2. The balance is due one month prior to the arrival date. Non payment by this date will be treated as cancellation and the deposit is forfeit.

3. Where bookings are made less than one month prior to the arrival date, the full rental fee is payable immediately.

4. In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to relet the property and return your payment, less a handling fee of £20. if we are unable to relet, all monies will be forfeit.

5. The cottages are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the owner.

6. The number of people occupying a cottage must not exceed the number stated unless by special arrangement with Tamar Valley Cottages.

7. The cottages should be left in the same condition as found. Any breakages should be reported at once and we re-serve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.

8. In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, eg fire damage, will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.

9. The use of accommodation and amenities, particularly the children’s play area, is entirely at the hirer’s risk and children should be supervised at all times. No responsibility can be accepted for illness, injury, loss or damage to the hirer, hirer’s property or companions and guests.

10. The proprietor reserves the right to demand the withdrawal, without notice, of any person whose conduct is prejudicial to the wellbeing of other guests. In such cases the proprietor shall not be liable to make a refund of monies paid.

11. The proprietor permits the Guest and members of the Guest's party to occupy the property for holiday purposes only.  The Guest must declare the correct number of additional Guests when booking, if this changes, must inform the proprietor before rental commences.  Any 'visitors' are not allowed to stay overnight in the property.
