With two attractive bedrooms and its comfortable open plan sitting/dining room this cottage makes an excellent choice for both families and friends. The cottage sleeps up to four guests, comprising of one super-king bed and two single beds, with a family bathroom. There is a private garden with beautiful views of the Devon countryside.
The Cottage benefits from a private outside seating area, with far-reaching views over the Devon and Cornwall. In the grounds we have a tennis lawn and Orchard area with shared play facilities.
All our cottages are Dog friendly, and there are always a few treats to settle them in.

Private parking for Penhale Cottage is in the parking bay along the driveway to the main House, 100m from the cottage along a lit pathway.
Guests are welcome to park near the Cottage for unloading / loading.

Dog Policy
Dogs are welcome at Penhale Cottage (charges apply), we have 3 acres of gardens for your dog to enjoy, Penhale Cottage also has a private patio and small grassed area which is accessible directly from the front door. We welcome a maximum of 3 dogs at Penhale Cottage.
We ask that all guests bringing dogs to familiarise themselves with our
Dog Policy prior to arrival. Dogs must not be left unsupervised in the cottages.
