Tamar Valley Cottages
Dog Policy
We are extremely pleased that you have chosen to stay with us because we are Dog Friendly, however, we do have a few ‘house rules’ that I’m sure you will appreciate, please take the time to read this information for the benefit of your dog’s welfare and other guests staying with us.

Dogs are welcome on site but must be kept under strict supervision as many of the surrounding fields have livestock grazing in them most of the year. If you are in any doubt as to your dog's reaction to livestock or other people's dog’s please keep on a lead at all times.
Spare ‘poo bags’ can be found in the Utility Room at the rear of the cottages.
Dog treats are left for your pet in the cottage and an outside water bowl.
Please also be aware of other guests staying with us, if they have children playing in the garden, please keep your dog on a lead.
Towels will be in your cottage in the ‘boot tray’ for your pet’s muddy feet, there are spare towels in the Utility Room if needed.
Please do not leave your dog unattended in the cottage at any time, if you need local Kennels/Day Boarding please ask me.
For the benefit of other guests, please clean up after your dog. We have put a ‘dog bin’ for your use, this is located in the ‘bin’ area at the rear of the cottages.
Please DO NOT allow your dogs on the beds, these are just for humans!!
They are allowed on the settee's, but please bring a throw for them to sit on.
Dog owners must ensure that their pets are free from parasites and fleas before they occupy the property. Failure to do so will incur subsequent charges.
